How to See Full Email Headers in Outlook.com and Hotmail

In Outlook Mail on the web, you can get access to the full email header information.

Why Examine Email Header Lines?
When you want to trace spam to its source and report the network abuse to the internet service provider, or when you need to to see mailing list commands hidden in header lines, it is important to see the mail's full headers.

By default, Outlook.com shows only a few important headers, but you can make it display all header lines. hotmail sign up

See Full Email Headers in Outlook Mail on the Web
To get access to full message headers in Outlook Mail on web (at Outlook.com):

Locate the email whose headers you want to examine in the message list.
Click on the message with the right mouse button.
Select View message source from the context menu that has appeared.
The header lines are all from the very top of the Message source display to the first empty line.
When you are done, click Close.

To open all email headers for a message in Outlook.com:

Open the message whose headers you want to examine in Outlook.com
Click Actions.
Select View message source from the menu that has appeared.
As an alternative, you can also click with the right mouse button on the email in the message list and select View message source from the context menu.
